Uggg, don't even get me started on fan fiction. I'm not a fan...UNLESS it Cats. Weird, I know, but it makes sense if you think about it. Take a very song/dance driven show with little character canon and a interpretive plot...good for fan fiction. anything else is just straying from the authors original ideas too much in my eyes. So yes, I've written Cats fan fiction before (we're taking at age 13 here people). Yet, I may or may not be plotting with an old friend to resurect the old story and make it internet worthy *cough*lostcause*cough*
But this is not what I'm going to talk about today...no, blog readers (reader) I'm here to talk to you about the joys of online RPGs. No, not table top RPGs like D&D or even MMORGSakfkaweoWHATEVERTHEYARECALLED like WOW. I'm here to talk to you about the message board based, writing, story game thing. For these, anything goes for me...not just Cats.  It's really hard to explain...so I won't and just point you to one I created a few month ago...out of boredom and the desire to just create a game. (setting it up is almost more fun than playing...like so many games from my childhood...) I won't even set you guys up, I'm just gonna post the ad as you'd see it in a RPG advertising forum.  Enjoy, laugh at me, join it.  Do what you like...but I just wanted to share another nerdy thing about me that most people don't know I do.  Yup...it's one of those days...

It's already only day 6 and I'm feeling the stress of blogging and vlogging every day.  It's just another thing nagging at me each day to do.  I feel though, that if I can do this, see it through, then I'll be a bit better at talcking deadlines and being productive EVERY DAY.  It's a hard thing but I think I'll be able to make it.  Another thing I've realized: talking about blogging and vlogging in my blog is way too meta and boring.  So, I shall dig into my old photobucket account and show you all some OLD photos, for fun.

OMGaaaaa!!! So excited!!!  I'm going to a concert tonight and I can't wait!!
I hope in the rules for VEDA you can vlog and post it the day after...as long as its filmed in the day...OH WELL
Perhaps I'll upload tonight, we'll just have to see...

So I launched my Social Media contest today.  I left this site out mainly because it's more of a side project, writing, personal, sort of thing.  I'd like to gain viewers and subscribers and followers on the sites used in the contest...not really this one.  I would not mind if others read this blog, of course, but it's not really a concern like the others are.  I don't often promote this blog and don't really ever plan to.  I can think of one other person who reads it and that's just fine.  I write for myself here anyways.

Today is the first full day of work I've had this month (Fridays tend to be short) and so far it's been fairly normal.  Next month will be a change (not at work but how I get to and from it)  so I won't take April for granted...no matter how much I might want to get it over with.  VEDA is helping as well, yet I'm not sure how doing VEDA during the work week is going to go... usually I film videos for JelliclesVlog and TheCreatingCat never on weekdays...so it might get down to the wire with VEDA...like posting at 11pm each night...eeep!

Ugggg, I waited a few hours to see if I could come up with anything more to post here...guess not.

Today is BUSY.  I recorded footage for 3 videos and have to still edit yet a 4th.  What have I gotten myself into with this YouTube business, really...  It's all fun though...I'm not complaining.  The VEDA/BEDA thing though...might become overwhelming soon...we'll see.

I have to finish cleaning up my home bedroom before I head back to LA, which should be in the next few hours.  Gonna try and edit too...even though Tropic Thunder is on and I kind of want to take a nap.

Well, I guess I'll take off.  VEDA video is posted, JV video tomorrow, and main channel video tomorrow (a contest!) and I guess another VEDA video for tomorrow as well...

Sorry, this will be short.  I don't know if I'll have another chance to write anything today.  It's going to be a sad long day.  I'm not sure if I'm going back to LA tonight or tomorrow or Monday.  I guess I'll just have to play it by ear.  Take care everyone, see you tomorrow.

BEDA 2011 starts off!

Well here we are, April.  Finally, I thought this month would never come.  March was a very stressful, bad month.  I am looking to the future with optimism and excitement.  I'll be turning 25 this month, a scary age, and my day to day life will be going through some changes.  It was almost a reason to not blog or vlog every day.  Yet, it is exactly the reason I decided to do it.

Right now I'm at my parents house, in my old room...going through my old toys and keepsakes.  I am attempting to avoid my natural horder tendencies as I go through the mess and get rid of (at the very least) half of all it.  Some of it is easier than I thought.  (the plastic jewelry, the drawings from 5th grade) and some of it is just as hard as ever (my beanie baby collection, the boxes of craft supplies)  I suppose in the end, if I can get rid of half of everything, I'll be satisfied.  And by that I mean my mom will be satisfied.

It is 4:47 right now, the sun is bright, it's warm, and I've yet to film my vlog for the day (YouTube's webcam app is not working...might just use imovie).  There's been no pranks made on me yet and I've yet to pull one myself.  That's just fine.  I have been enjoying the fake movie/tv trailers though.  My favorite is this one.

That's all for today, the rest of the BEDA posts will probably not be this long or nice...but who knows.  Later today I'll post my VEDA video here.
